Company Description We’re representing a fast-growing, venture-backed software company building an agentic AI co-worker for restaurant back offices. The platform automates core financial, operational, and marketing workflows for restaurants, helping brands drive profitable growth across their delivery businesses. The product is already powering thousands of restaurants across the U.S., including well-known national brands. Unlike many early-stage startups, this company is revenue-generating, scaling aggressively, and expanding its team at a rapid pace. You’ll be joining a highly execution-focused environment where speed, ownership, and real business impact matter.

Responsibilities

Anchor enterprise deals by providing solution engineering, analytical support, and deal-specific collateral.

Program‑manage late‑stage sales cycles through post‑pilot and close, ensuring momentum and alignment.

Build compelling narratives, decks, ROI models, and business cases that help win enterprise customers.

Partner closely with sales on multi‑call deal cycles, acting as a strategic counterpart.

Coordinate across internal stakeholders (product, ops, analytics, finance) to unblock deals.

Be customer‑facing — join sales calls, present insights, and run QBRs with customers.

Use data and structured thinking to overcome objections and drive deal closures.

Help refine and scale GTM processes as the company continues rapid growth.

This role offers a clear path to

Director‑level responsibility

as the GTM organization scales.

Ideal Background

3–7 years of experience in strategy, business operations, partnerships, GTM, or commercial roles supporting enterprise or mid‑market deals.

Proven experience orchestrating

$10M+ enterprise B2B deals , including narrative creation and ROI modeling.

Experience partnering closely with sales teams across complex, multi‑call deal cycles.

Strong ability to coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Background at high‑growth companies scaling from

$50M in revenue.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear stories.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and executive‑level presentations.

Ability to work full‑time onsite in New York City.

Preferred

Experience in restaurant tech, food delivery, or vertical SaaS.

Background in top‑tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, EY‑Parthenon).

Prior experience supporting enterprise GTM motions in fast‑scaling startups.

Strong executive presence and comfort working directly with founders and C‑suite stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary:

$150,000 – $250,000 USD base, depending on experience.
