MAINTENANCE PLANNER
for our Pryor, OK client. Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Planner for a growing paper packaging manufacturer in the Pryor, Oklahoma area. This role offers a strong opportunity to build, manage, and optimize detailed maintenance schedules across preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, supporting equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planned maintenance activities with production schedules to minimize downtime and operational disruption
Create, prioritize, and manage work orders within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production teams to resolve equipment reliability issues
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services and repairs
Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and contributing to maintenance policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance planning within an industrial manufacturing environment
Experience using SAP as an ERP system is a strong asset
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads while meeting budgetary and scheduling requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of OSHA and applicable safety standards
Experience in the corrugated or paper packaging industry is a strong asset
