Stella Electric Construction LLC is seeking two experienced and driven Commercial Electrical Foremen to lead our field operations. In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll take full ownership of your jobsite—ensuring that every project is completed with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. As a working foreman, you will guide and mentor crews while collaborating with project managers, contractors, and inspectors to keep everything running smoothly. Who We Are

Take full ownership of the jobsite, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec Lead and mentor crews, maintaining high standards of workmanship and accountability Read and interpret blueprints and ensure installations align with NEC and local codes Coordinate materials, scheduling, and subcontractors in collaboration with PMs Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce all safety protocols Troubleshoot and resolve jobsite issues with professionalism and urgency Maintain detailed records of job progress, inspections, and any incidents Represent Stella Electric professionally with clients, GCs, and inspectors Ensure proper use and care of tools, vehicles, and equipment on site Train apprentices and journeymen, promoting skill growth and safety best practices Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of electrical experience; 2+ years in a leadership/foreman role preferred Deep knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems, troubleshooting, and trim‑out Ability to read and interpret blueprints and apply National Electrical Code (NEC) standards Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Must hold a valid Maryland driver’s license High school diploma or GED required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Must be able to pass a background check in compliance with applicable laws Benefits
