We are currently looking for an Interiors Superintendent with Tenant Improvement / Renovation experience that will work onsite near the greater Indianapolis, IN metro area. Position Responsibilities
At least 5 years of experience overseeing interior build outs
Ability to run projects $50,000 up to $1 million
Update project schedule
Use of own hand and power tools
Punch list items
Perform weekly safety inspections and/or weekly safety meetings
Ability to lead project teams and all trades
Interpret project scope, clarifications, prints, specifications, addendums, change orders, etc. and execute the work processes
perform work in compliance with the Company Safety Program and OSHA standards
report all serious or unsafe work conditions immediately to the Project Supervisor
Scheduling of subcontractors and manpower
Order materials, tools, and equipment as may be require for the work onsite
Effectively communicate between subcontractors and owner, architect and /or project manager, etc.
Evaluate the abilities of subcontractors and manpower
Execute and maintain all records onsite in an orderly and timely fashion
Promote customer relations and customer service
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED required
3+ years experience as an Interiors Superintendent
