Skiffra, LLC, Los Angeles, California, United States, 90079
About Skiffra
Skiffra is building the intelligence layer for modern enterprises. We design AI-native orchestration systems that sit above messy, real-world operations and turn them into intelligent, adaptive workflows. Our work spans finance, operations, mining, energy, and other complex environments where clarity, reliability, and speed matter. We’re assembling a small, high-ownership founding team. This role sits at the center of product, systems, and execution. About the Role
As a Product Owner / Solution Architect, you will define and shape the workflows Skiffra brings to life. You’ll work directly with operators, engineers, and founders to translate ambiguous operational problems into clear system designs, product requirements, and AI-enabled solutions. This is not a feature backlog role. It’s a hands-on, zero-to-one role focused on problem framing, system design, and rapid iteration in real environments. Responsibilities
Own discovery for complex operational problems and define what should be built
Map and redesign workflows that span people, systems, and data
Translate domain complexity into clear product requirements and system designs
Partner closely with engineering to design AI-native solutions and ship quickly
Define interfaces, handoffs, and decision logic used by agents and workflows
Work directly with customers and domain experts to validate assumptions
Prioritize ruthlessly and adapt as new information emerges
Help set the early product culture, standards, and operating rhythm
Requirements
Experience as a product manager, solution architect, technical founder, or systems designer
Proven ability to define problems before jumping to solutions
Strong systems thinking and comfort with integration-heavy environments
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly without perfect information
Experience working closely with engineers on technical products
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise, operational, or workflow-driven software
Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation, or decision systems
Background in operations, finance, industrial systems, or complex domains
Previous early-stage startup or founding team experience
Benefits
Competitive salary and meaningful founding equity
High ownership and direct influence on product direction
Close collaboration with the founding team
Work on real-world AI problems with tangible operational impact
Flexible location within the US
How We Work
We favor clarity over complexity, speed over perfection, and ownership over handoffs. We prototype early, test in the real world, and iterate fast. Everyone on the team is expected to think, build, and take responsibility. Other
Benefits & Eligibility: This position is eligible for Skiffra’s standard benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans, and may also qualify for participation in the Company’s bonus and incentive programs.
