What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver individualized hospice nursing care in patient homes

Monitor patient status and manage pain and symptoms

Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice teams

Provide education and emotional support to patients and families

Complete required documentation in accordance with hospice standards

Requirements

Active RN license (WI or compact)

Prior Hospice or Home Health experience strongly preferred

Current BLS certification

Ability to work autonomously and manage a mobile caseload
