About Us Plaitow-Kingston Animal Medical Center is a well-established small‑animal general practice proudly serving the Kingston community since 1976. With a 4.6 ⭐ Google review rating, we've earned the trust of our clients through decades of compassionate, dependable care. Our hospital offers in‑house diagnostics, wellness & exams, vaccinations, dentistry, surgeries (soft tissue and orthopedic), pain management, nutrition, and behavioral counseling.
Our team is known for delivering high‑quality veterinary medicine in a supportive, collaborative environment. We believe in fostering strong relationships with our patients, clients, and each other. As we extend our weekday hours, we’re seeking a veterinarian who is also available to work some Saturdays (9 AM‑12 PM) as part of their regular schedule.

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) required
Compassionate, team‑oriented approach
Ability to lift 40+ lbs
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the veterinary team while upholding medical standards
Develop and implement medical protocols
Perform routine and advanced surgeries
Interpret lab results to support accurate diagnoses
Educate and build strong client relationships
