We areseekinga detail-oriented and analyticalSenior Payroll Administratorto join our team. In this role, you will ensureaccurateandtimelypayroll processing, support compliance with federal and state regulations, and provide insightful reporting to internal stakeholders.You’llplay a key role inmaintainingpayroll integrity and enhancing the employee experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Process bi-weeklyU.S.payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Assisting the Payroll Manager with the preparation ofmonthlyinternational payrolls for multiple countries, ensuringtimely, andaccuratepayments.

Review time and attendance data, deductions, benefits, and compensation changesas part of the review payroll cycle,prior tocommitting payrolls for each location.

Audit payroll reports toidentifyand resolve discrepancies or errorsin a timely manner.

Support the Payroll Manager with reconciliation of payroll accounts, tax filings, and other related reports, asrequested.

Support end-of-year processes including W-2 and tax statement preparation.

Maintain payroll records and documentationin accordance withlegal and company requirements.

Partner withthe widerHRteamand Finance teams to ensure data accuracy across systems.

Respond to employee inquiriesregardingpay, taxes, or deductions with professionalism and confidentiality.

Assistin implementing process improvements and system enhancements tooptimizepayroll operations.

Stay current with payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

Act as a point of contact for employee payroll queries, providing professional and clear responses.Responsible for the administration of thepayroll inbox.

Maintain accuracy when handling data and ensure that the integrity of processes ismaintained. Ensuring the highest standard of confidentiality and security in terms of employee data and business information on all activities undertaken.

Developing self andmaintainingknowledge in relevant field at all times.

Adhere to Risk & Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AMLlegislation.

Adhere to JTC core values and expected behaviours.

Any other duties asdeemednecessary by Management.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, Business Administration, ora relatedfield (or equivalent work experience).

Previouspayroll processingexperience inamid-sized, multi-statecorporate environment.International payroll processing experiencea plus.

Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and tax laws.

Proficiencywith payroll systems (ADPWFN,or similar).

Advanced Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
