Intermediate-level Electrical Controls Engineer
URGENT NEED!
Overview We are seeking a highly driven Controls Engineer
to design, program, and integrate advanced automation and robotic systems for manufacturing and process environments. This position blends hands‑on engineering, creative problem‑solving, and technical innovation — ideal for candidates who thrive at the intersection of hardware, software, and intelligent vision‑based control.

We’re looking for engineers who aren’t just programmers, but builders, troubleshooters, and innovators — people who can visualize a system, bring it to life, and refine it to perfection.
Key Responsibilities Partner with cross‑functional teams — mechanical, electrical, and project engineers — to plan and execute automation system designs.
Interface directly with clients to define requirements, address technical challenges, and ensure system functionality aligns with expectations.
Provide oversight and guidance for panel design, wiring, and system integration.

in controls programming, automation integration, or industrial robotics.
Proven experience with one or more major PLC/HMI platforms (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, GE, etc.).
Vision experience: Keyence, Cognex, Fanuc IRV are preferred
Technical Skills
Strong background in PLC, HMI, and motion control (VFD, servo systems).
Preferred experience in robotic programming
and machine vision integration .
Proficiency in reading and creating electrical schematics and control documentation.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to perform hands‑on field modifications.
Professional Attributes
Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel (up to ~30%) for installation and commissioning activities.
