Lead daily field crew operations with clear communication and direction Monitor employee attendance and punctuality via Exaktime App Enforce proper lunch break procedures and time tracking Develop detailed weekly work schedules in collaboration with office staff Assign and oversee daily tasks at job sites Maintain daily communication with both the crew and office Submit daily work progress updates and plan next‑day schedules before the day’s end Upload work‑in‑progress and end‑of‑day photos using CompanyCam App Create and submit material lists a minimum of two days in advance Conduct routine inspections for work quality and compliance Maintain organized and stocked work trucks Ensure jobsites are clean and safe at the end of each day Interpret blueprints to guide construction work Enforce OSHA safety standards and company protocols Coordinate with office before leaving any jobsite Foster a respectful, team‑oriented work environment Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in carpentry and/or construction supervision High School Diploma or GED preferred Proven ability to lead field crews effectively Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Blueprint reading and interpretation skills Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities Reliable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented Team player with a hands‑on, proactive work style No specific certifications required Job Security with consistent full‑time work Competitive hourly pay Active, engaging work environment Opportunities for career advancement Strong sense of teamwork and support Schedule
