Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members professionally and courteously
  • Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including reception and common areas
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Support office staff with scheduling, communication, and clerical tasks
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and restock as needed
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by management
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Clean, punctual, and professional appearance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets)
  • No specific certifications required
