* Design, implement, configure, and maintain AD infrastructure (on-premises and Azure AD).* Monitor AD performance and ensure high availability and security.* Manage DNS/DHCP servers and domain controllers across global data centers.* Perform regular audits and cleanup of AD objects, attributes, and group policies.* Ensure compliance with segregation of duties and sensitive access governance.* Administer and optimize Microsoft Exchange Online, including mail flow, connectors, hybrid configurations, and security policies.* Manage Exchange Online Protection (EOP), spam filtering, and integration with security tools.* Support Microsoft 365 services, including license optimization and migration planning.* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to M365 and Exchange independently.* Collaborate on roadmap initiatives for O365, AD cleanup, and messaging projects.* Conduct periodic reviews of user access and implement mitigation controls using SAP GRC or equivalent tools.* Ensure terminated users are promptly disabled in AD, Azure, and Exchange environments to maintain compliance.* Provide detailed AD and DNS topology documentation and maintain architecture diagrams.* Design, implement, and maintain ADFS infrastructure for secure identity federation and single sign-on (SSO).* Implement and manage Entra ID Conditional Access policies, MFA, and identity governance workflows.* Configure and maintain Entra ID Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for secure role assignments.* Share naming conventions and controller lists for global environments.* Lead knowledge transfer (KT) sessions with internal and external teams.* Coordinate with hosting and infrastructure teams for smooth handovers and escalations**CAREER OPPORTUNITIES**We manage talent as seriously as we manage our businesses and encourage you to learn about our proud history, strong culture, technologies and future vision.
