As a Staff Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision‑making across the organization. You will lead complex analytical projects, identify trends, and provide recommendations that influence business performance and growth. Working closely with business leaders, you will translate strategic priorities into analytical questions and deliver solutions using advanced statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data visualization. Accountabilities

Lead end-to-end analytical projects, defining problem statements, hypotheses, and methodology

Develop and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders

Collaborate with business partners to align analytics with strategic priorities

Design and implement advanced analytical models, including predictive modeling and segmentation strategies

Create compelling dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively

Promote data literacy and adoption across teams by sharing best practices and analytical knowledge

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using data‑driven approaches

Requirements

Proven experience in data analytics with a track record of delivering impactful insights

Strong understanding of statistical methodologies, including regression, hypothesis testing, and inference

Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis

Experience with data visualization tools; familiarity with Amazon QuickSight is a plus

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to technical and non‑technical audiences

Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking skills, and business acumen

Fluent in English
