Base Pay Range $21.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Position Summary As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What You'll Do

Be a Team Leader: Supervise the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club. Communicate goals, set guidelines, and uphold policies to advocate for members, associates, and the company.

Be an Expert: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of tire and battery service standards, safety protocols, equipment operations, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications, and seasonal factors. Share knowledge, train the team, and stay updated on new products and technologies.

Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service experience, and enhance associate engagement. Use handheld technology for real‑time decisions and promote early adoption of new tools.

Be an Owner: Drive business results, maintain a clean and safe work area, manage inventory, and handle cash and transactions. Order supplies as needed, monitor expense controls, oversee staffing and scheduling, and support member service on the floor.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Train and mentor the team, monitor e‑learning completion, and encourage career growth. Source talent internally and externally to build a high‑quality team.

Develop and implement processes: Collaborate with managers and partners, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities to meet business needs.

Promote compliance: Support company policies and ethics, provide guidance, and assist in resolving compliance issues.

Lead and participate in teams: Share resources and tools, prioritize customer needs, coordinate assignments, and model adaptability to change.

Additional Compensation Annual or quarterly performance incentives and potential premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications

6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in the automotive industry.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Preferred Qualifications

Supervisory experience in the tire industry.

Tire Industry Certification - Certificate.
