Position Summary: As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $29.00/hr
Responsibilities
Be a Team Leader: Supervise the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club. Communicate goals, set guidelines, execute company programs, adhere to policies, and advocate for the member, associate, and company.
Be an Expert: Maintain in‑depth knowledge of business processes, safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications, and seasonality. Share knowledge, train the team, keep them updated on new products and technologies, and attend training conferences.
Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Use handheld technology for business decisions and encourage adoption of new tools.
Be an Owner: Drive business results, maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area, plan proactively, order equipment, process transactions, manage inventory, complete required documentation, and model commitment to member service.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Train and teach the team, monitor e‑learnings and trainings, identify potential, develop necessary skills, encourage career growth, and source new talent.
Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs through collaboration, analysis, and continuous improvement.
Promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, using the Open Door Policy and assisting management with corrections.
Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, determining customer needs, coordinating assignments, providing feedback, and modeling adaptability.

Hourly wage range is $21.00 to $29.00. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications
6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in the automotive industry.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience in the tire industry.
Tire Industry Certification – Certificate.
