Senior Logistics Analyst (BPMA) Bowhead is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to serve as a senior technical lead providing expert-level sustainment support for the Program Manager Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) PMA-263 in Charleston, SC. This position requires high-level oversight of Supply Chain Management (SCM), complex fielding operations, and maintenance services for the UASISR and Unmanned Logistics Systems - Air (ULS-A) Family of Systems. The candidate will lead efforts to ensure mission-critical equipment and spare parts are delivered and verified across worldwide garrison, deployed, and shipboard locations.

Responsibilities

Strategic Supply Chain Oversight:

Lead material control and SCM for thousands of components and mission kits. Oversee a contractor-managed facility and maintain an NSA-authorized COMSEC account for Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI).

High-Level Fielding Leadership:

Provide expert guidance in the development of Program Fielding Plans and Fielding Management Plans. Represent the program in Fielding Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and support preparation of Fielding Decision documentation and briefings.

Warranty & Lifecycle Management:

Act as the principal Warranty Manager, establishing rigorous internal tracking for equipment serial numbers and Lowest Replaceable Units (LRU). Ensure RMAs are processed within 48 hours and maintain a 98% inventory audit accuracy.

Risk Mitigation & Counterfeit Prevention:

Develop and document procedures to minimize the risk of procuring counterfeit electronic parts, ensuring compliance with SAE AS5553 and SAE AS6174 standards.

Advanced Reporting:

Manage the collection and analysis of complex data for Task Order Status Reports (TOSR) and other government logistics reports, ensuring all financial data is accurately reflected in the Electronic Cost Reporting and Financial Tracking (eCRAFT) system.

Quality Assurance Leadership:

Maintain a quality management system that meets program objectives, utilizing process-supported and data-driven activities to drive Continuous Process Improvement (CI).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Fifteen (15+) years of experience

(combination of experience and education may be considered).

Technical Expertise:

Extensive functional knowledge of UASISR systems, including ULS-A, TRUAS, FoSUAS, MARV-EL, and associated payloads such as WAMI and SAR.

Operational Readiness:

Ability to support OCONUS travel and meet medical/dental screening requirements for U.S. Naval vessels.

Systems Proficiency:

Expert capability in using AMS CDRL Tool, WAWF, and PIEE.

Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and can work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.

Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.

Security Clearance Requirements Must maintain a Secret level clearance; candidates with an active Secret clearance are highly encouraged to apply. US citizenship is required.
