Job Description
Fiscal & Business Analyst I role at University of South Florida Libraries.
Responsibilities
Handles subcontract payments and monitors subcontractors on various projects.
Creates requisitions in Bull Marketplace and reviews invoices for approval.
Processes payments against POs and sends invoices to Accounts Payable.
Reconciles payment transactions to subcontracts and ledger.
Tracks subcontract payments and manages PO modifications.
Establishes new vendors and resolves vendor billing issues.
Provides backup for HII payroll, calculates RET amounts, and ensures timely payroll distribution.
Coordinates grant/project information support and tracks project reporting data.
Runs routine reports on expenditures and budget comparisons.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
0-2 years of fiscal related work experience (or alternative years/degree). Four years fiscal experience qualifies.
Analytical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of accounting, consolidated financial reporting, account reconciliation, AP/APR, and journal entries.
Four years of directly relevant experience may substitute for bachelor’s degree; six years substitute for master’s.
