As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will be a front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting, responsible for driving patient care, team development, and clinic performance.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver high‑quality patient care.
Develop, mentor, and foster a positive team culture and continuous improvement.
Manage clinic operations, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, supplies, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with regional leadership to identify and address employee and patient concerns, aligning clinic performance with regional goals.
Champion patient‑first initiatives by advancing clinical goal setting and quality improvement projects.
Ensure the clinic operates autonomously with support from regional peers and company resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field or registered nurse license.
Minimum of 3 years managerial experience in healthcare, business, or equivalent renal care roles.
Current CPR certification (or to be obtained within 60 days of hire).
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong collaboration skills; ability to work with clinical and financial teams.
Intermediate computer skills and ability to coach staff on technology.
