Greet and welcome patients as they enter the office to create a great first impression. Manage front office duties: answer phones, check office mail and email, communicate with patients and insurance companies. Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling, records, and appointment confirmation for multiple providers. File patient insurance claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and verify benefits and coverage. Post insurance and patient payments, process accounts receivable, and review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients. Partner with providers and the team to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential. What You’ll Gain

Join a 27‑person team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community. Hourly rate: $22‑$26. Schedule: Monday‑Friday. Minimum Qualifications

Experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Access to minimum PHI necessary for duties with regular HIPAA training and data safeguards. Preferred Experience

1+ years in a dental or medical setting. 1+ years with insurance billing and accounts receivable. Experience with Dentrix or other dental software. Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Lift up to 15 pounds at times. Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions. Must pass a tuberculosis (TB) test during pre‑employment for dental office roles (except FL & TN). About Heartland Dental
