Responsibilities
Process new hire paperwork, background checks, drug screen coordination, and complete I-9/E-Verify.
Handle status changes, terminations, promotions, and other personnel changes with proper approvals before HRIS entry.
Maintain licensure and certification reports to meet federal, state, and regulatory compliance.
Process evaluations and keep personnel records current.
Support hospital recognition programs and answer general HR questions.
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of Human Resources experience.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
Pay Transparency Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $26.39 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.
