Kforce’s client located in NYC is seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Integration Developer to support and enhance their Workday environment, with a strong focus on payroll integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, and advanced reporting using BIRT. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations, particularly for payroll using PECI and PICOF
Build and optimize integrations using Workday Studio
Develop custom reports using Workday Report Designer and BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools)
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system performance
Provide technical documentation and support for ongoing maintenance and enhancements
Workday certification is not required, but is a plus
3‑5 years of experience in Workday integration development
Strong expertise in PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Input File)
Proven experience with Workday Studio
Extensive experience with Workday Report Designer and BIRT layout/design
Previous hands‑on BIRT development is essential
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
