Role Description This is a hybrid Residential Real Estate Agent role located in Indianapolis, IN, with flexibility to work remotely at times. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential properties, including new home sales. Responsibilities include networking to generate leads, conducting property showings, preparing market analyses, negotiating contracts, and representing clients throughout the transaction process while maintaining excellent customer service. The role will also involve keeping up‑to‑date with local market trends and assisting clients in achieving their real estate goals.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License and expertise in Residential Real Estate
Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including property showings, listing services, and customer representation
Experience with New Home Sales and Sales processes in a competitive market
Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in navigating real estate technologies, marketing platforms, and MLS systems
Knowledge of the Indianapolis and central Indiana real estate markets is a plus
