Manager, School Partnerships and Dual Credit
The Manager, School Partnerships and Dual Credit – CyFair leads the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of dual credit, early college education and college readiness programs for students in grades K-12, their families and the wider community.
Essential Job Functions
Designs and administers the Dual Credit and College Readiness program, aligning with the college’s strategic goals and ensuring compliance with SACS and TEA requirements.
Develops instructional support for high school partnerships and monitors program gaps, monitoring SACS compliance and responding to community needs.
Selects, trains, evaluates and supervises staff and manages scheduling, workload and deadlines.
Reaches and negotiates articulation agreements with independent school districts, and oversees enrollment, registration and data reporting for dual credit courses.
Collects and segments demographic and enrollment reports used to target recruitment and retention strategies, maintaining a database for tracking prospective students.
Provides professional development and training for secondary school faculty, staff and administrators on dual credit and early college education programs.
Participates in strategic planning, recommends policy changes, and supports the college enrollment management goals for recruitment, enrollment and retention of a diverse student body.
Performs other reasonable, related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Attention to detail, ability to work independently and maintain confidential information.
Positive attitude and collaborative working relationships in a demanding work environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of combined education and experience in school partnership, college readiness or a related field.
