Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal & communication abilities with strong confidence.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit to positively impact others.
Collaboration: Ability to work with and learn from top performers.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Training & Development
FINRA Sponsorship: Provided for required FINRA licensing.
Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): 120‑day hands‑on training.
Virtual University: Access to continuous learning.
Mentorship & Coaching: Local Vice President support, leadership development opportunities.
Professional Growth: Encouragement to pursue CFP®, ChFC, or Equitable Advisors’ credential programs.
Compensation & Benefits
Sign‑On Payment: Based on completion of FINRA licenses and entry into PEP.
Stable Pay: Bi‑weekly pay for eligible professionals.
Commissions & Bonus: Eligibility to earn commissions and bonus.
