Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: Houston, TX Employment Type: Full‑Time

About The Role We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the early stages of the sales pipeline. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, researching potential markets, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting using phone calls, emails, social media, and networking

Identify, research, and qualify potential leads across assigned markets or industries

Schedule discovery calls, meetings, or demos for the sales team

Understand customer needs and communicate how our solutions can help

Maintain accurate records of all outreach and lead activity in the CRM

Assist with developing outreach strategies, messaging, and target lists

Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve lead generation efforts

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including calls, conversations, and meetings booked

Represent the company professionally in all interactions with prospects and partners

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident making outbound calls and starting conversations

Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple prospects at once

Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is helpful but not required

Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a sales‑focused environment
