Hotel General Manager – Role
Are you ready for the next step in your career in 2026? We are seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead our team in executing the highest level of guest satisfaction for our independent, boutique upscale resort.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Full Service Hotel Assistant General Manager
At least 2 consecutive years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
Experience in luxury or resort hotels preferred
Passionate about team and guest satisfaction
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations – not limited to front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering.
Lead the team and ensure brand standards are achieved consistently.
Maintain a memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Implement best practices that elevate guest satisfaction and foster a culture.
Prepare budgets, forecast revenue, and partner on marketing initiatives.
Conduct regular property audits, inspections and evaluations.
Benefits
Excellent base pay - $150,000 - $170,000
