Reports To: General Manager or Owner.
Job Overview The Restoration Project Manager (RPM) works with owners and subcontractors after traumatic events such as fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. RPMs manage the renovation, control and communicate the budget, and spend significant time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.
Responsibilities
Celebrate project completion with skilled tradespeople, homeowners, and the Paul Davis team.
Serve the community by building foundational relationships based on trust.
Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations.
Learn new construction and building practices daily.
Lead a high‑performance team and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Confirm budgets and work orders before project start.
Track metrics during bi‑weekly GS&R and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Participate in local community events and build relationships with key customers and B2B contacts.
Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen.
Qualifications
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Career emphasis on learning and continuing education.
Sound planning and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process.
Compensation & Benefits
