Responsibilities

Assist in management of a retail activity with sales

Assist customers and resolve complaints. Hire, train, and develop assigned personnel.

Develop promotional sales and collaborate with vendors.

Supervise vending and warehouse operations, ensuring store recovery.

Maintain product knowledge and provide customer selection assistance.

Oversee opening/closing of store, including weekends as scheduled.

Review monthly P&L, compare actual to plan, and implement action plans.

Act in managerial capacity in absence of manager and enforce loss prevention and safety procedures.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Two years experience as a lead/supervisor in a retail environment or completion of CGX ASM Training Program.

Ability to lift 10 lbs routinely, 25 lbs occasionally, and stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior retail merchandising experience.

Bachelor’s degree in retail or business administration (or equivalent in business). General business experience may substitute on a year‑for‑year basis.

Experience with P&L analysis.

Current USCG NAF department supervisor.
