Contract to Hire Position We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience who can successfully wear both hats —

Product Owner (PO)

and

Quality Assurance (QA)

— to support the development and delivery of innovative digital marketing tools for the automotive industry. This unique hybrid role will require someone who can drive product strategy while ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions that meet both business and user needs.

Technical Skills

API Testing: REST, JSON, XML to test APIs and Web Services

API Tools: Postman

Strong in Web Testing / Database Testing for data integrity and validity

Databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, ElasticSearch, DynamoDB for data integration / validity testing

Well versed in both automation / manual testing - Writing test cases, executing, defect tracking

AWS: For cloud-based testing and scalable environments

Automation Frameworks: Selenium, Power Automate

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for digital/mail/marketing platforms tailored to the automotive sector (e.g., dealer tools, campaign automation, lead generation systems).

Collaborate with marketing, sales, data, and engineering teams to gather requirements and prioritize features that drive customer engagement and dealer success.

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with marketing goals.

Work closely with UX/UI designers and development teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.

Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product features meet the needs of automotive buyers, dealerships, and internal marketing teams.

Coordinate with analytics and data science teams to incorporate performance metrics and real-time insights into product strategy.

Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of high-impact marketing tools and features.

Quality Assurance (QA) Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Identify and document bugs, performance issues, or UX inconsistencies.

Work closely with product owners, developers, and digital marketing teams to validate new features and enhancements before release.

Conduct regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
