Responsibilities
Maintain and prioritize product backlog in alignment with business objectives.
Break down features into actionable user stories for UI, Backend, API, and Gen AI components.
Define clear acceptance criteria and “Definition of Done” for all stories.
Translate complex features into detailed user stories and groom with development teams.
Participate in sprint planning, define sprint goals, and manage dependencies across teams.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams for optimal design and user experience.
Validate releases, coordinate QA coverage, and drive UAT testing and defect management.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, remove impediments, and highlight risks.
Document meeting notes, maintain centralized project artifacts, and ensure transparency.
Understand Gen AI data requirements and identify data sources.
Create data mappings, validate data quality, and develop integration/testing stories.
Collaborate on API and batch data testing.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital product management, software development, or business analysis.
Strong understanding of system architecture, API design, and database constructs.
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL (Teradata, MongoDB) and ability to write queries.
Experience with JSON, API Swagger, and tools like JIRA, Figma, Postman.
Ability to translate complex technical features into actionable user stories.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML products in financial services.
Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI frameworks.
Understanding of web application performance, UI/UX development, and scalability principles.
