Community Support Specialist/Direct Support Person – New Baden (FT Evening)
Join My Life My Home as a Community Support Specialist/Direct Support Person. The role supports individuals with developmental disabilities in Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) across St. Clair and Clinton Counties in Illinois. Responsibilities include personal care, cooking and meal assistance, personal hygiene and grooming, house cleaning, supporting individual care plans and daily documentation.
Schedule & Pay Full‑time evenings: 3 pm–11 pm, days of the week with rotation every other weekend. Starting base pay $18.25‑$20.50 per hour. Additional $1.00 increase after completing medication pass certification.

Requirements
21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and fewer than 3 driving offenses.
High School diploma or GED with proof.
Criminal background check and physical exam required, including DCFS/CANTS check for child abuse/neglect.
Must complete a reading and comprehension quiz.
DSPs skilled in tasks to ensure excellent person‑centered care. Not yet certified DSP? Apply for the Direct Support Professional Career Training Program.
