Job Overview
Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. They also maintain home displays and keep them in proper order throughout the day.
Base Pay Range $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Hourly Wage $14.5 – $27.5 per hour.
Additional Compensation Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
