What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO, managing a complex calendar and scheduling meetings

Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries

Support logistics and planning for Board meetings and Executive Team events

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment

Manage relationships with office vendors and serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications)

4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-level executive with office coordination or management experience

Ability to manage complex calendars and travel itineraries

Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with project management tools

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Willingness to be in-office in NYC HQ 3-5 times weekly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience managing small to medium-sized projects from start to finish

Familiarity with expense management and video conferencing tools

Basic technical troubleshooting skills in Zoom and other platforms

Customer service orientation with a positive attitude
