What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO, managing a complex calendar and scheduling meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Support logistics and planning for Board meetings and Executive Team events
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment
- Manage relationships with office vendors and serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-level executive with office coordination or management experience
- Ability to manage complex calendars and travel itineraries
- Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with project management tools
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to be in-office in NYC HQ 3-5 times weekly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience managing small to medium-sized projects from start to finish
- Familiarity with expense management and video conferencing tools
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills in Zoom and other platforms
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude
