What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO, managing a complex calendar and scheduling meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Support logistics and planning for Board meetings and Executive Team events
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment
  • Manage relationships with office vendors and serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-level executive with office coordination or management experience
  • Ability to manage complex calendars and travel itineraries
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with project management tools
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to be in-office in NYC HQ 3-5 times weekly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience managing small to medium-sized projects from start to finish
  • Familiarity with expense management and video conferencing tools
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills in Zoom and other platforms
  • Customer service orientation with a positive attitude
