Restuarant Accountant/Bookkeeper (Staff) seeks a dedicated account professional to support a casual dining restaurant chain’s financial operations. The role requires strong accounting skills, operational awareness, and the ability to communicate across departments.
Responsibilities
Oversee accounts payable and cash disbursements
Manage accounts receivable functions
Perform bank reconciliations
Maintain the general ledger
Oversee inventory management
Coordinate payroll processing with third‑party provider
Execute month‑end close processes
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline
Minimum five years’ experience in accounting, including AR, AP, reconciliations, and inventory management
Proficiency with accounting software
Excellent attention to detail
Preferred Experience
Experience using Restaurant 365
Prior experience in the restaurant industry
