We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Accountant to join our accounting team. This early career role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career in corporate accounting and financial analysis. This role will assist with full cycle monthly financial reporting and general ledger maintenance, including variance analysis, review of shared cost allocations, budgeting support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex entity level financial data are required. You will work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and review entity-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and internal policies. Process monthly journal entries, including accruals, amortization, depreciation, and other adjustments. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform bank reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely manner. Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring proper eliminations. Review and analyze shared operating expense allocations in line with contracts and internal policies. Assist in the review of annual reconciliations for operating expenses, taxes, insurance, and other pass-through costs. Ensure accuracy of customer ledgers, billings, and accounts receivable balances. Prepare monthly variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast, identifying and explaining key fluctuations in revenue and expenses. Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management or leadership. Assist with preparation and analysis of KPI dashboards to support business performance monitoring. Support the annual budgeting process by compiling historical financial data, preparing budget templates, and collaborating with operational leaders to validate assumptions. Assist with quarterly reforecasting processes. Ensure accounting treatment aligns with contractual terms, internal policies, and GAAP. Assist with preparation of audit schedules and act as a liaison with external auditors. Maintain organized records and clear audit trails for all accounting activity; support periodic internal control assessments and recommend process improvements. actively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency. Partner with Operations and other internal teams to support day-to-day needs, verify changes impacting billing and revenue, and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with Treasury and AP/AR teams to ensure accurate cash, vendor, and customer management. Serve as an accounting resource for internal teams during acquisitions, divestitures, or financing events. Maintain accuracy in reporting and consistently meet internal monthly close deadlines. Demonstrate ownership of assigned portfolio with minimal supervision. Foster professional, collaborative relationships across Finance, Operations, and other departments. Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, acting as a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced organization. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation or active CPA track preferred. 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or multi-location environment. Strong knowledge of GAAP; familiarity with lease accounting or other industry specific standards is a plus. Proficiency in ERP and accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct and/or SAP. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated problem solving ability and critical thinking. Experience working with portfolios of multiple business units, locations, or cost centers. Exposure to capital projects, construction in progress, or fixed asset accounting. Familiarity with consolidations, joint ventures, or partnership structures. Benefits
