As an Account Manager in the insurance industry, you will play a key role in managing internal processes and ensuring that everything runs smoothly for the clients. This position is perfect for an individual who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure client satisfaction.

You will:

• Work closely with internal employees to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any internal issues.
• Monitor and track client accounts , ensuring all internal processes are on track, addressing any concerns, and collaborating with team members to deliver timely solutions.
• Assist with client onboarding and intake processes , ensuring all necessary information is accurately gathered and communicated to the team.
• Support the execution of client-related projects by working with internal teams to ensure everything is completed efficiently and within scope.
• Track and report on the status of client accounts , ensuring transparency and maintaining positive relationships internally.
• Provide regular internal updates to ensure that client service standards are being met and potential issues are flagged early.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a related role within the insurance industry.
• Proven experience in managing internal processes, working closely with teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple internal relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze internal metrics to ensure client success.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a focus on internal service delivery.

• Monthly performance-based bonus ranging from $500 to $1000.
