We are seeking a
Financial Analyst
to partner closely with the Product Merchandising and Product Creation teams to drive sustainable and profitable growth across the product lifecycle. This role serves as a key finance partner, translating strategic margin targets into seasonal plans, evaluating financial implications of product decisions, and supporting leadership with clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, communicates financial concepts effectively to non-finance audiences, and brings strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary
finance partner
to Product Creation and Merchandising teams for a segment of the business
Translate
strategic margin targets
into seasonal margin plans aligned with leadership objectives
Identify and communicate
financial implications of product decisions , offering scenario-based solutions
Track
seasonal margin performance
and partner on actions to improve margin outcomes
Deliver
financial modeling, scenario planning, and ad hoc margin analysis
to influence pricing, cost, and demand decisions
Collaborate across the broader
Margin Planning team
to drive margin improvement initiatives
Present clear, data-driven insights to
senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business , or related field
2–4 years
of experience in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, or accounting
Advanced
Microsoft Excel
skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial models)
Strong experience in
financial modeling, scenario planning, and quantitative analysis
Proficiency with
PowerPoint
for executive-level presentations
Ability to clearly translate
financial insights
to non-finance partners
Strong attention to detail with comfort working in
ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Preferred Skills
MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business
Experience supporting
consumer products
or large, complex organizations
Background partnering closely with
Product, Merchandising, or Development teams
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Demonstrated curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to engage cross-functionally
