As we continue to scale, we are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Accountant II to support more complex accounting functions and help strengthen our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes with minimal supervision
Review, record, and validate invoices, payments, and receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance
Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues proactively
Play a key role in month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reviews
Assist with financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
Monitor collections, vendor payments, and cash flow to support business objectives
Analyze financial data using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Support process improvements and efficiencies within accounting operations
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve accounting matters
Maintain organized documentation and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting – Required
2–4 years of accounting experience (AR/AP, reconciliations, month-end close)
Core Competencies
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and validate financial data
Analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to identify trends and inefficiencies
Dependable, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Clear and professional communication in English and Spanish
Team-oriented yet self-directed; able to work independently and take ownership
Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
