Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
What You Will Do
Draft and negotiate settlement agreements for class, PAGA, and individual claims
Prepare motions for preliminary/final approval, briefs, declarations, and proposed orders
Coordinate class notices, distributions, and administrator bids
Communicate with clients about payments, declarations, and timelines
Appear in court for approvals, conferences, and accounting hearings
Track deadlines, filings, and follow‑up with opposing counsel
Supervise staff and ensure accurate filing and timely administration
Collaborate with firm accountant regarding distributions and settlement funds
What We Are Looking For Must‑Haves
2–5 years settlement‑focused experience (class actions, PAGA, or employment claims)
Proven ability drafting agreements, motions, and settlement documentation
Client communication and negotiation experience
Ability to manage multiple active settlement matters concurrently
Preferred
Experience coordinating with settlement administrators
Comfortable supervising support staff and process workflows
