Roles & Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, GTM, and operations roles.
Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition and hiring strategy.
Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience while tracking and improving hiring metrics.
Requirements
4+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong technical recruiting background with the ability to flex into GTM hiring
Proven ability to source and close passive candidates from top-tier tech companies
Experience as an early recruiting hire, scaling teams and processes from the ground up
Prior experience in fintech, AI, or early-stage start-up environments
