Human Resources Generalist
At WITRON Group, we are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR contact for employees across the United States and California.
Key Responsibilities
Align HR strategies with business goals in collaboration with operations leaders.
Identify workforce trends and recommend solutions.
Advise employees and managers on handbook, benefits, union relations, safety incident reporting, timecards, and more.
Support HR department in employee activities and strategic initiatives.
Serve as a key contact point in negotiations and maintaining relationships with union representatives.
Assist with performance appraisal processes, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
Use HRIS tools to analyze metrics and drive decision‐making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
2–4 years of on‑site HR experience with proven track record in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, including California laws.
Experience with unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strategic thinking.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
