Position Overview The IT Manager at 3C Industries keeps our technology running strong—from the corporate office to active job sites. This role owns the day-to-day performance, security, and support of our systems and serves as the go-to technical partner for both office and field teams. Working with a high level of autonomy, the IT Manager ensures our tools are reliable, secure, and easy to use, while also helping 3C evolve through smart adoption of new technologies, including AI‑driven solutions that support how we build and work. Regular visits to active jobsites are required, with flexibility to work onsite and engage directly with project teams. Key Responsibilities Full System Administration:

Manage user accounts, permissions, security settings, and system configurations across all platforms. Ensure systems are properly maintained, secure, and aligned with organizational standards. End‑User & PC Support:

Serve as the first point of contact for all PC, device, and user‑related issues across office and field teams. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and access issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Construction Application Support:

Support and administer core construction and business applications, including Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, CMiC, Microsoft 365, and DocuSign. Provide hands‑on assistance, basic training, and onboarding support to ensure effective adoption. Field & Jobsite Technology Support:

Provide on‑site technical support at active construction sites, including setup and troubleshooting of printers, network connectivity, and conferencing equipment. Travel to job sites as needed to resolve in‑field technology issues. User Onboarding & Offboarding:

Lead the technical onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including device setup, account creation, permissions, and access management to ensure a smooth transition and data security. Technology Training & Adoption:

Build strong relationships with users to help them maximize the value of company systems. Deliver user training and reinforce SOPs related to file storage, naming conventions, and system usage. Cybersecurity Management & Education:

Maintain cybersecurity controls and educate users on best practices to protect company systems and data. Monitor risks, enforce security policies, and support Microsoft Security and related tools. Device & Asset Management:

Maintain PCs, iPads, and mobile devices to ensure systems are current and functioning properly. Track inventory, manage equipment lifecycle, and coordinate procurement and replacement as needed. Networking & Infrastructure Support:

Support office and jobsite networks, including LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi connectivity. Troubleshoot network issues and assist with temporary jobsite IT infrastructure setup. Emerging Technology & AI Enablement:

Support the evaluation, setup, and adoption of new technologies, including AI‑driven tools. Partner with leadership to help shape responsible, practical use of emerging technologies across the organization. Qualifications 3–5+ years of IT experience, preferably in construction or a field‑based environment Strong system administration and user support experience Experience managing and administering Microsoft 365 environments Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices Experience with onboarding users, device setup, and access management Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight Willingness and ability to travel to job sites as needed Preferred Skills & Experience Construction technology and field IT support experience Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPNs) Experience supporting cloud‑based platforms and mobile device management User training and documentation experience Familiarity with AI tools or technology adoption initiatives Why 3C Industries?
