Litigation Attorney – Product Liability
Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3‑10 years of licensed experience for our Johnson County, KS office. The role focuses on product liability and warranties practice areas. Candidates must hold an active Midwest license in IL, MO, or KS, and an active California license.

Experience And Skills The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including drafting critical motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in court proceedings. Trial and appellate experience are also valued. The candidate must possess excellent academic credentials and immaculate presentation skills, maintain strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base, and have an entrepreneurial spirit to pursue new opportunities in expanding practice areas.
Salary range: $110,000 – $160,000, commensurate with background and years of experience. Other income opportunities include discretionary profit‑sharing contributions, typically made on an annual basis, and a merit‑based discretionary bonus.
