Job Description We are seeking a motivated, talented
Systems Engineer
to join our Systems Engineering team located in
Saint Charles, Missouri . Due to expanding business, we are looking for Engineers-of-Systems who can solve problems and lead solutions across multiple Engineering disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity to work on and around the latest high tech weapon systems.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. Level 3: Typically 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. Level 4: Typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. Level 5: Typically 14 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications Active DoD Security Clearance Experience in applying engineering processes and principles Experience/domain knowledge of system architecture, requirements, interface definition, verification, and validation Experience with systems development and integration Experience modeling or simulating systems Experience with implementation and maintenance of systems engineering tools, schedules and metrics (i.e. Earned value management, DOORs, CAMEO) Experience with Model Based Engineering / Model Based Systems Engineering Experience in design/electrical/software engineering & analysis Experience in Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering Experience leading teams, projects or tasks
Location & Requirements This position is expected to be 100% onsite at
Saint Charles, Missouri . The candidate must obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Benefits & Compensation The total rewards package includes competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
