experienced Automotive Service Advisor
to join our rapidly growing Fixed Operations team in one of the fastest-developing areas of Mount Pleasant. We are a
locally owned and operated family dealership

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers throughout the service process
Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain recommendations
Communicate effectively with technicians and management
Build trust, retention, and long-term customer relationships
Maintain CSI standards while operating in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
Prior automotive service advisor experience (CDJR experience a plus)
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to manage a high-volume workflow efficiently
Team-oriented, professional, and growth-minded
Valid driver’s license
