The
IT PMO team
leads
strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives
that support rapid organizational growth. The
Project Manager
will be responsible for driving
strong execution , managing
complex programs , and ensuring successful delivery across the
Salesforce CPQ portfolio . This role requires a combination of
technical program management ,
cross-functional coordination , and
executive-level communication .
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate
end-to-end program delivery
within the
Salesforce CPQ portfolio .
Own
project planning ,
resource allocation ,
budget tracking ,
risk management , and
issue resolution .
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for all
project and program-related communications .
Maintain a
deep technical understanding
of
upstream and downstream dependencies
and their
business impact .
Manage
multiple concurrent projects
of varying
size, scope, and complexity
across
GTM and CPQ initiatives .
Identify and mitigate
execution risks
by clarifying
scope , removing
blockers , and driving
stakeholder alignment .
Coordinate
cross-functional teams
including
Engineering ,
Security ,
Marketing ,
Sales Operations , and
IT .
Develop
clear, audience-appropriate communications , including
executive-level presentations
and detailed project updates.
Proactively partner with
stakeholders and leadership
to resolve risks before they escalated into issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science ,
Engineering ,
Information Systems , or a related field.
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in
technical program management ,
project management , or
relationship management .
Proven ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
in a
fast-paced environment .
Hands‑on experience with
project management and backlog tools
such as
Jira ,
Smartsheet , or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of
cloud services ,
application hosting ,
operational practices , and
technical planning .
Strong
written and verbal communication skills
with the ability to tailor messaging for
senior and executive audiences .
Demonstrated
curiosity and self‑learning ability
to understand
business processes ,
technology , and
systems .
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with
Salesforce CPQ
as a
Scrum Master ,
Business Analyst , or
Project Manager .
Experience applying
PMO best practices
within a structured delivery environment.
Background supporting
GTM ,
Sales Operations , or
enterprise systems initiatives .
