POSITION SUMMARY: The person in this position will play a key role in supporting the Distribution Center by ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position is responsible for managing compliance requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and overseeing shipment processes to support timely and accurate flow. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold company standards and operational goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist senior management in processing, organizing, and distributing compliance documentation across departments
Coordinate and schedule compliance training sessions for internal staff to ensure timely and consistent knowledge of policies and procedures
Perform tasks to ensure the accurate and efficient physical movement of shipments, in accordance with client instructions and company standards
Administer internal audits and support compliance‑related activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with purchasing and sourcing teams to identify supplier non‑compliance issues and support the implementation of corrective actions
Develop and maintain Supplier Scorecards
Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and company guidelines in all daily tasks
Maintain thorough records and documentation to support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
Inbound Stocking Compliance by auditing
CTPAT Logistics Compliance
Outbound Customer Satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills required) Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
1-3 Years of experience in supply chain, distribution or warehouse operations with focus on inbound logistics, inventory control, or compliance monitoring.
Experience using WMS, logistics Software, RF Scanning is preferred.
Hands‑on experience with inspecting incoming shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring supplier compliance with routing guides and quality standards.
