What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Participate in the corrections process for all lines of business, addressing suspected issues of non-compliance
Collaborate with compliance and business stakeholders to develop corrective action plans and conduct root cause analysis
Review and oversee progress towards remediation, documenting key milestones in the GRC tool
Identify and elevate issues requiring timely resolution through established processes
Develop and refine corrections reporting for trend analysis to inform business stakeholders and senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Managed Care/Health Insurance or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Managed Care/Health Insurance or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with data analytics
Preferred certifications: Certified in HealthCare Compliance (CHC) and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced skills in data analytics
Experience in developing compliance training programs
Knowledge of government-sponsored healthcare program requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a compliance role within the healthcare industry
