Business Development Representative Associate (Contract)
Location: New York, NY 10011 (Hybrid)
Duration: 2/02/2026 to 7/31/2026
Team: Sales
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect data within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
Conduct thorough research on contacts within target accounts using online resources (LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo).
Identify key decision‑makers and personas within accounts to support the BDR/SDR team and marketing targeting.
Find relevant company information (industry, number of employees, turnover).
Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and outreach.
Utilize LinkedIn for prospecting and connecting with potential customers.
Assist with building and maintaining targeted prospect lists.
Assist in building intelligence for the sales team.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Identify target contacts for marketing.
Learn and utilize Zoominfo to gain customer contact information.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
Assist in initial outreach via email or phone.
CRM Management
Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Utilize CRM tools to input data gathered during research and contact information gathering.
Utilize reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
Sales and Marketing Support
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Identify target contacts for marketing.
Learn and utilize Zoominfo to gain customer contact information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong interest in sales and business development.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Experience with LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Compensation
$24.60 per hour.
